Kostas and Thymios inherited land and knowledge from their parents. As time went by, they acquired more land and knowledge (nowadays they posses about 5000 olive trees), modern methods and a new generation! Dimitris, the son of Thymios and Marialena the daughter of Kostas, started working with them. For the family the relationship with the olive trees is not only a matter of heritage, but also a matter of life. The trees as a source of wisdom, connection and communication with time and space.

The secret for proper growth of the trees except for scientific knowledge is love. “We talk to the trees, we admire them, during  Spring time when they grow flowers they look like little brides, we respect them”. And since nothing is accidental and all things are connected, even though we may not realise it, its all this care which feeds each one of the olives, that finally feed us.

Mamareli family produces olives and olive oil. Their land is located in the traditional olive grove, and its olives are products characterised as Protected Designation of Origin (18.01.1994).
They cultivate the olive trees in the traditional way, without using conservatives or chemicals, using modern methods as well, so that the product retains its nutritional value and high quality. They cultivate a part of their land organically.
