Green olives are being selected prematuraly, from the end of September until the begining of November. They are perfect to accompany ouzo and tsipouro (greek alcoholic drinks made of grapes)
BLACK OLIVES
Black olives are collected from middle November until March, so the olives are mature, perfect to be combined with salads, or to make olive pate and sweet.
WHITE-RED OLIVES
White-red olives are being collected from the end of October until the end of November when the olives are almost mature. They are a delicious appetizing snack.
WRINKLED OLIVES
Wrinkled olives are collected when they are mature. They are placed in layers with salt and they are ready to be eaten after a few days. Their flavour is sweet and they accompany appetizers and legumes.
OLIVE OIL
Our olive oil is extra virgin. Its
acidity is less than 0,5%. It tastes delicious in salads and row
food, as well as in cooked food, since its composition is altered
only in very high temperature.
You can buy our olives in packages of 1,2 and 5kg.
Our olive oil in bottles of 250, 500
and 750 ml, also in containers of 5 and 16lt.
